Since young, Wing Hong had always wanted to be an entrepreneur to help make the world a better place. At the age of 17, his family became financially broke, forcing him to drop out of university.

In 2015, Wing Hong started from scratch and turned his e-commerce business into a traffic magnet, attracting millions of people to the business organically by accidentally discovering Inbound Marketing.

After realizing the lack of agencies that provide such service in Malaysia, he started Launchpad, an Inbound Marketing agency that helps businesses grow digitally by implementing the Inbound Marketing Methodology.

Started from a living room in a small rented house at Cheras, he has since worked with some of the biggest property brands in Malaysia which include Mah Sing, SP Setia, UOA, Tropicana, HCK, Suezcap, and Aset Kayamas, involved in branding and marketing properties worth an estimated total of RM 12 billion GDV.
